Monday 5th September: Earls Hill, Pontesbury.
2-3 miles, easy. One steep hill at beginning.
Leave SMC after Zuhr, 1:45pm.
Monday 12th September: Ashes Hollow, Church Stretton
5-6 miles, medium, one gradual hill to start.
Leave SMC 9am.
Monday 19th September: Caradoc and Hopesay Hills, Church Stretton
2-4 miles, medium, two steep hills,
Leave SMC 9am.
